Just in the nick of time for Groundhogs Day!! Will he show his shadow? Hmmmm.... with the way the weather has been I am betting that little critter is seeing his shadow and taking off for his bed for 6 more weeks! Another day off today. This time for ice, and more to come tonight. This activity has 3 different recording sheets along with enough groundhog cards for every letter of the alphabet to have a match with a beginning sound and every letter to not have a match. I like to make things that really give you a choice to do what works best for your classroom. The children will then use the recording sheets to glue the corresponding answers in the correct boxes!! ReplyDeleteAs a retired teacher, I find your ideas wonderful. I soooo wish I had been blessed to have this cute learning activities when I taught. I often research the blogs finding all sorts of super ideas. My daughter is in her first year of teaching. These ideas have been a lifesaver for her. Thanks for your efforts on behalf of all children and teachers. You are the best!
