I just wanted to say thank you to everyone who has taken my journey with me over the past few years. My mom went to be with God on April 1, 2014. It had to be the hardest day of my life. I know that she is at peace and not suffering anymore. My mom was the most generous and caring person. She made a difference. Not many people are able to accomplish that in today's world. She touched so many lives and was loved by all who knew her. I only wish I can accomplish half of what she has done in her lifetime. Her passing has really made me think that I need to take time and smell the roses. Little things in life can wait. We all know they do not go away, but the most important part of our lives should be our family and friends. My mom always put her family first. She always knew just what to say and she always made you feel like you were the most important person in the whole world. Not a day went by that we were not on the phone atleast two or three times. She was my morning call on the way to work. What a better way to start my day. Although, I feel so alone at times, I know she is with me and will guide me through anything that comes my way. So again, thank you for all your support and kind words. They meant so much to me. Have a great rest of the school year and I hope everyone is enjoying some warmer weather.

My prayers are with you. Her impact on you will help you accomplish anything desired. You are never alone with her memories within. Please take time and smell those roses.
I'm so sorry for your loss Donna. Your mom was certainly a wonderful person. Such a beautiful picture of you both! My prayers are with you.
Having lost both my father and brother unexpectedly to heart problems, I am feeling for you. The pain is relentless for a while, and then you will find the beauty in all the memories. I can hear my dad's voice all the time, talking to me. You are in my thoughts - remember to just listen for your mom...
oh, dear Donna. You are so VERY kind & generous. Now we see you get it from your awesome momma. So sorry to hear she has moved on. You are tucked into my thoughts & prayers. Thank you for the lovely tribute & explanation. You have touched me & inspired me. I hope it will keep me motivated the rest of my life. I sweat the small stuff too much.
I am terribly sorry for having you say good bye to your mom. Please receive tight, hug, virtual hugs.

My Second Sense
I truly understand and feel your loss. My mom was my best friend, we too, talked everyday, went shopping together, and laughed - a lot. She loved being with my sons, her grandsons. She said seeing them was her "candy" treat for the day. I miss her, but know she is in a much, much better place, with my dad. Just cherish those happy memories, for they will live on forever.
Dear Sweet Donna,
I am so very sorry for your loss; please know that you, your family and your dad are in my prayers daily. What a lovely picture of you and your mom. Keep the memories alive and the good spirit high; she is loving you from heaven! xoxoxo
Sending my condolences, I'm so sorry for your loss. Now you have an angel in Heaven watching over you, until you meet again. Love & Prayers.
Thank you everyone for your very kind thoughts. I know my mom is with me everyday. Knowing that I am not alone in such a new journey in my life is comforting. I feel like she is able to watch over all of us all the time now. Your thoughts are so greatly appreciated.
